She says that some students get so busy preparing for the board exams that they do not take care of their food, sleep and daily routine and they may become a victim of depression or other mental illness.
Do not prepare with mental pressure
Neelima Madhu Hansda told that students should not prepare for board exams with any kind of mental pressure. Students take adequate sleep of 6 to 8 hours. Regularize routine. Make a time table for studies, sports, entertainment. Do revise the chapters of the subject for which you are well prepared. Apart from this, take guidance for difficult topics. Take nutritious and moderate food in food.
keep thinking positive
Psychiatrist told that during the board exams, students should keep their thinking positive and adopt yoga to stay calm. Take slow deep breaths. Hold the breath for one to two seconds and then exhale slowly. This will give them mental and mental peace. Apart from this, the parents of the children should encourage them.
