I can’t tell my fans who are going through that phase how to get out of it because they all know how to get out of it. Everyone knows how to get out of that phase. It’s just that you have to believe in yourself.”

Bobby Deol further said that it feels like I am drowning. He further said, “Everyone feels weak, everyone feels that they can’t… it’s so difficult… that you can’t come out. It’s like you’re drowning and people let themselves drown. I think everyone can get out of it.

I think it’s just little things here and there… suddenly a switch will go off and you’ll say, ‘I can do this!’ For me it was everyone around me in my house who were very worried about me. They kept encouraging me but it was very painful to look at me in their eyes when I was torturing myself. They couldn’t help me except to console me with their words.”

‘Animal’ gave a new direction to Bobby’s career
Let us tell you that Bobby Deol played the role of Abrar Haq in ‘Animal’ and with this his career shone once again. However, despite limited screen time, his role as a dangerous villain was praised by both fans and critics.

During the same interview, Bobby told that director Sandeep Reddy Vanga had offered him this role. Bobby said, “I got a message from him. He introduced himself and told me that he wants to meet me for a film. I thought, ‘Is this really him?’ I called and arranged a meeting.
