The Bolero, which was turning towards Asmoli bypass on Sambhal-Moradabad road in Kotwali area of Sambhal district of Uttar Pradesh, hit the bike. After the accident, the bike got stuck in the Bolero. The driver kept dragging him for two kilometers. Later he absconded.
