Know the symptoms of anxiety and ways to prevent it
A study has revealed that 88 out of every 100 people in India suffer from anxiety. This is a kind of mental disorder, which can affect the body mentally and physically. Excessive worry and overthinking about work stress or ongoing problems in the family can make one mentally and physically ill. Due to this, problems like anxiety can also occur. It is a type of mental disorder, which can affect sleep, cause muscle tension, digestive problems, irritability, difficulty concentrating and increase panic attacks.

Listen to 3 sounds coming from your surroundings and try to identify them. Focus on each and every detail of the three voices. After paying proper attention to all three, ask what you heard. Now bring the sense of touch in yourself. Try touching three things and then move three parts of your body. First of all, move your fingers, rotate your toes and move your head from one side to the other.
