Bombay HC On Nawazuddin Kids: The news of rift between Nawazuddin Siddiqui and his wife Aaliya Siddiqui has been in headlines for a long time. Meanwhile, the actor had filed a habeas corpus petition in the court seeking to know the whereabouts of his two children (12-year-old daughter and 7-year-old son). Nawaz’s two children are in the custody of his estranged wife. At the same time, in this matter, the Bombay High Court has advised Nawazuddin Siddiqui and his wife Aaliya to settle the issues related to their children amicably.
The court gave this order to Nawaz and his wife
According to the news of Pinkvilla, the bench of Justices AS Gadkari and PD Naik has asked Nawaz and his wife to talk to each other to resolve their issues. The court said in its order. “Talk with each other and settle communication and visitation rights between father and children. If it can be worked out, well…resolve the matter amicably…resolve the issues. “
Nawaz’s children are not in Dubai
During the court proceedings, Nawaz’s counsel Pradeep Thorat also informed the bench of judges that Nawaz was under the impression that his children were in Dubai but he had recently received a mail from their school claiming that their children were in Dubai. Children are not coming to school. On the other hand, when Nawaz’s wife Aaliya Siddiqui’s lawyer was questioned about this, he clarified that the children are with their mother and they do not want to leave her and go to Dubai. The lawyer said, “He wants to continue his education here.”
Nawaz is worried about the living space and education of the children.
The bench then asked Nawaz’s estranged wife Aaliya to inform the court by next week about the decision taken regarding the education of the children. The court said, “We only want to know that the education of the children is not being disturbed. He (Siddiqui) is worried about the place of residence and schooling of the children.”
