Big news has come from Chitrakoot district. During the ongoing Bundelkhand Pride program in the city, some bombs suddenly exploded at the fireworks site. Due to this, two youths died on the spot. While two seriously injured people have also died. This incident created a stir on the spot. The glasses of the vehicles parked nearby were cracked. The Chief Minister also expressed grief over the incident and said that he has announced financial assistance of Rs 5 lakh each to the families of the deceased and Rs 50,000 each for the treatment of the injured.
This incident created a stir on the spot. Police of the concerned police station reached the spot. DM-SP reached the spot and stopped the Bundelkhand Utsav program for the time being. It was told that a large number of people were to attend this program in the evening.
Today was the second day of the 2-day Bundelkhand Mahotsav on Wednesday. There was to be a fireworks show at night, where firecrackers were placed behind the stage. It is being told that there was a sudden explosion and a 5 to 6 feet deep crater was formed in the ground. The dead body of a youth was found on a 20 feet high terrace, this program was organized in the ground of Chitrakoot Inter College.

Besides, instructions have been given to form a committee under the chairmanship of ADG Prayagraj Zone and conduct an investigation and an FIR has been lodged against the culprits.
