Soaked Chana Dal – 1 cup
Cabbage finely chopped – 1/2 cup
Gram flour – 1/4 cup
Curd – 2 tbsp
Turmeric – 1/4 tsp
Cumin powder – 1.5 tsp
Green chili – 1 tbsp
Mint leaves – 2 tbsp
oil – as required
salt – as per taste

How to make Chana Dal Cabbage Tikki
To make Chana Dal Cabbage Tikki for breakfast, first clean the Chana Dal and soak it in water for 4-5 hours. After the fixed time, put the lentils in a strainer and take out the water. Now finely chop cabbage, mint and green chillies. After this, transfer the soaked chana dal in a mixer jar and add green chilies and grind it coarsely. Now take out the prepared paste in a vessel.
