According to the report of Daily Star News website, 33 year old Craig Ballentine is a resident of Belfast, Ireland. He used to work in a dog salon in Dubai for about 6 months last year. But in the same year, he developed a disease called fibromyalgia, in which the human body starts experiencing severe pain and it becomes difficult to even get up. He had to take leave from his job because of this. He had also given a doctor’s note to his boss, but the doctor declared him a deserter and fired him from the job.

Wrote negative things against former boss
According to the boss, he had violated Dubai’s employment rules. Because of this he was fired from his job and a travel ban was imposed on his passport. It took them two months to remove it and cost them thousands of pounds. After that he was able to go to his home in Northern Ireland. When he went to Ireland, he wrote a bad review for his former boss on Google. Recently he went to Abu Dhabi for a holiday, but was arrested there and taken to Dubai as a complaint was filed against him under cyber crime rules.

Efforts to rescue him continue
Now he is stuck in UAE, and has been sentenced to 2 years in jail. He is not even able to return to his job in Ireland. There he started working as an autism support worker.
