BPSC Assistant Engineer Recruitment 2024: Bihar Public Service Commission has announced recruitment for the post of Assistant Engineer. Candidates who have the required qualification and willingness to apply for these posts can apply in the prescribed format before the last date. Vacancy Details
Through this recruitment drive, eligible candidates will be appointed on a total of 118 Assistant Engineer posts in BPSC. Out of these, 113 posts are of Assistant Civil Engineer and 5 posts are of Assistant Mechanical Engineer.
Who can apply
To apply, it is necessary that the candidate has a BE or BTech degree in the relevant subject from a recognized university. As far as age limit is concerned, candidates between 21 and 37 years can apply. Reserved category will get age relaxation as per government rules.
How will the selection be done
The selection of candidates for these posts will be done after passing two stages of examination. First a written examination will be conducted and then an interview will be taken. Only those candidates who pass the written examination will go for the interview.
how much will the fee be
To apply for these vacancies of BPSC, candidates of General, BC and EBC category will have to pay a fee of Rs 950. For candidates of all other categories, the fee is Rs 200. As far as salary is concerned, if selected for these posts, candidates will be paid according to pay level 9. Under this, a salary of more than Rs 50000 per month will be given. Along with this, all facilities from medical to house rent will also be available.
