Prashant Kishore, the founder of Jan Suraj, is on fast unto death from January 2 till now regarding the demands of BPSC candidates. At present he is admitted in the hospital and his fast is continuing for the demands of the students. Meanwhile, Jan Suraj has now approached the Patna High Court regarding the issue of canceling the examination of BPSC candidates and investigating the entire episode. Jan Suraj Party has now filed a petition in the Patna High Court demanding cancellation of the 70th BPSC examination and a final examination of the BPSC candidates. Advocate Pranav Kumar, on behalf of Jan Suraj, has filed a writ petition under Article 226 in the Patna High Court, demanding cancellation of the 70th BPSC examination and re-examination. Along with this, the court has been requested not to declare the results of the examination until the re-examination is done. The token number of this petition filed by Jan Suraj is – 438/2025.
