Police has arrested a BPSC fake teacher in Begusarai. The arrested teacher is Numa Kumari, a resident of Munger, who was posted in Raghunandanpur Primary School. Then she was severely interrogated, in which Numa Kumari told that someone else had given the exam on her behalf. Then on the orders of the District Magistrate, the accused teacher Numa Kumari was arrested.

Teacher caught due to photo and biometric mismatch

In this regard, District Audit Officer Farhan Ali says that the work of verification of teachers appointed under Phase One is going on in the District Education Officer’s office. He has been made magistrate in verification work. The investigation process was going on. During this time, when the scrutiny of Numa Kumari’s papers started, her photo was not matching with the given document. When there was doubt, biometrics was tested and there was a mismatch in that too. In this way, solid evidence of its being fake was proved.

District Audit Officer Farhan Ali said that this information was given to District Education Officer Sharmila Rai. After this, District Education Officer Sharmila Rai immediately informed this matter to the city police station. As soon as the information was received, the police of the city police station reached the DEO office and on the orders of District Education Officer Sharmila Rai, the police took the said fake teacher Numa Kumari into custody.

District Education Officer Sharmila Rai said that the accused teacher Numa Kumari was posted in Raghunandanpur Primary School of Bhagwanpur block. Rinki Kumari, headmistress of Raghunandanpur Primary School, says that two months ago on November 15, Numa Kumari had contributed to her school. After contributing, she started teaching in school. Today, when she reached the District Education Officer’s office for the ongoing verification, she got stuck during the verification. Rinki Kumari, headmistress of Raghunandanpur Primary School, told that she was teaching in her school for the last two months but today when I saw her paper, the picture in it was different from that of accused Numa Kumari. At present the police is taking further action.
