why was the exam postponed
The dates of BPSC Head Teacher and Head Master exams were changed because another competitive exam is to be held on the same day. The posts of Head Teacher are for primary schools and the posts of Head Master are for senior secondary schools.
The exam is being held again
Let us tell you that BPSC TRE 3.0 will be organized again. Patna High Court had canceled the exam while hearing the paper leak case. Now the exam has been rescheduled and it will be held between 19 to 22 July 2024. However, the commission has still said that the date may change.
The Head Teacher (Primary School) exam will be conducted on 29 June 2024. Earlier this exam was to be held on 22 June but due to BCECEB exam being held on the same day, it was postponed.
Similarly, the Headmaster (Senior Secondary School) examination will be conducted on 28 June 2024. Earlier the exam was to be held on 23 June.
More than 1.5 lakh applications
More than 1.5 lakh applications have been received for these two posts. This recruitment has come out for 6061 posts of Head Master and 40247 posts of Head Teacher. At the same time, about 3.75 lakh candidates had participated in BPSC TRE 3.0 which has been cancelled. Its admit cards will also be issued in the month of July.
