The court had clearly said that teachers of backward and extremely backward departments are getting weightage. In the teacher recruitment conducted by Bihar Public Service Commission, they get a weightage of five marks on the basis of each year. Guest teachers and teachers of backward and extremely backward departments both do the work of teaching. Therefore, guest teachers should also get weightage.
