Ingredients for Bread Masala
Bread slices – 5-6
Tomato chopped – 2
Cabbage chopped – 2 tbsp
Carrot chopped – 1
Chopped capsicum – 2 tbsp
Chopped green onions – 2 tbsp
Garlic cloves – 2
Onion finely chopped – 1
Green chili – 1
Green coriander leaves – 2 tbsp
Pavbhaji masala – 1 tsp
Tomato Sauce – 2 tbsp
Butter – 1 tbsp
salt – as per taste

Bread Masala Recipe
To make bread masala, first take bread slices and cut them into square pieces. If you want, you can also toast the bread a little before cutting it. After this, finely chop all the vegetables including onion, garlic. Now put 1 tbsp butter in a pan and heat it on medium flame. When the butter melts, add garlic, green chillies and 2 tbsp green onions and fry them.

After frying them for a few seconds, add plain onion and fry till the onion starts leaving a little water. After this add carrot, cabbage, capsicum and salt as per taste and cook them all. Cook the vegetables till they become very soft. However, keep in mind that the vegetables should not be cooked so much that they start mixing with each other.

After this add chopped tomatoes and fry them till they become soft. After this add pavbhaji masala and salt as per taste to this mixture and cook for some time. Now add tomato sauce to this mixture and mix. Lastly, add bread pieces to it and mix it slowly with the vegetable mixture so that the bread does not break and scatter. After this, garnish with green coriander leaves and serve the bread masala.
