Describing his experience of five months, Deepak said that mostly there is a demand for Poha Chana and Idli Sambhar Bada. Dal Pakwan is Rs 30 per plate, Sambhar Bada is Rs 30 per plate, Poha Chana and Idli are Rs 20 per plate. Deepak has another shop in Dhamtari. Deepak has been running the breakfast business for almost 14 years now. Earns about Rs 12 thousand every day by selling breakfast. Apart from this, Deepak has also employed 3 people.
