To make Egg Cups you will need

Egg – 5-6
Onion – 1 finely chopped
Carrot – 3 tbsp grated
Green Capsicum – 1 finely chopped
Milk – 3-4 tbsp
Tomato – 1 chopped
Coriander leaves – 2 tbsp finely chopped
Black pepper powder – 1/4 teaspoon
salt to taste

The Right Way to Make a Cup

Break all the eggs in a bowl and pour them. Beat it well. Now add milk to it and whisk again. Wash capsicum, onion, coriander leaves, tomato, carrot thoroughly with water. Cut them finely. Now mix all the vegetables in the egg solution. Add salt and black pepper powder to it as per taste. Now mix it well once again. Take a muffin tray. You will find this tray anywhere in the market.
