Ingredients to make Aloo Paneer Pakora
Paneer – 250 grams
Potato – 2
Onion – 1
Gram flour – 2 bowls
Semolina – 1/2 bowl
Ajwain – 1 tsp
Ginger – 1 inch piece
Green coriander chopped – 1/2 bowl
Green chili chopped – 2-3
Red chili powder – 1/2 tsp
Oil – for frying
salt – as per taste

Potato Paneer Pakoda Recipe
If you want to make Aloo Paneer Pakora for breakfast, first boil the potatoes, peel them and put them in a mixing bowl and mash them well. After this cut paneer into 2 inch wide pieces. After this, finely chop onion, green chili and green coriander leaves. Now take mashed potatoes and add finely chopped onions, green chillies, green coriander and salt as per taste and mix them all well.

Now add semolina and gram flour in a bowl and mix well. Add red chili powder, celery and a little salt to it. Now add water little by little and prepare a batter of gram flour and semolina. After this, take the potato mixture in your hand and put a big piece of paneer in it and cover it with potato mixture from all sides. Similarly make pakodas from all the paneer pieces and potato mixture.

Now put oil in a pan and keep it to heat on medium flame. When the oil becomes hot, take gram flour batter and put the prepared potato-cheese fritters in it. Now after dipping the pakoras one by one in the batter, put them in the pan for frying. Fry the pakodas alternately till they become golden and crispy from both the sides. After this, take out the pakoras in a plate. Fry all the pakoras in the same way. Tasty Aloo Paneer Pakodas are ready for breakfast. Serve them hot with tomato sauce or green chutney.
