Ingredients for Cheese Corn Grilled Sandwich
Grated processed cheese – 1/4 cup
Corn grated – 1/2 cup
Bread slices – 6
Butter – 3 tbsp
Onion chopped – 1
Capsicum chopped – 1
Tomato chopped – 1/4 cup
Cheese grater – 3 tbsp
Mustard powder – 1/4 tsp
salt – as per taste

To make Cheese Corn Grilled Sandwich, cut finely pieces of onion, tomato, green chilli and capsicum. After this grate the cheese. Now put butter in a nonstick pan and heat it on medium heat. When the butter melts, add finely chopped onions, green chilies, capsicum and fry them for 1 to 2 minutes.

After this add corn kernels, tomato, cheese, mustard powder and a little salt, mix and cook. After this, turn off the gas and take out the mixture in a bowl and keep it aside. Now take all the bread slices and spread 1-1 tsp butter on them and keep them aside. After this heat the sandwich griller. When the griller gets hot, place the bread slices in it. Keep in mind that the side with butter is towards the bottom.
