Ingredients to make Kathi Roll
Flour – 1 cup
Corn flour – 1/2 cup
Onion (sliced) – 1
Capsicum (slice) – 1
Soya sauce – 2 tsp
Grated ginger – 1/2 tsp
Tomato sauce – 1 tsp
Green coriander – 3 tbsp
Mayonnaise – 1 tsp
Oil – 4 tsp
salt – as per taste

How to make Kathi Roll
To make kathi roll, first of all, roll wrapper has to be prepared. For this, put all purpose flour and cornflour in a vessel and mix both of them well. Add a pinch of salt and 2 teaspoons of oil to it and mix. Mix it well so that no lumps remain. Now add water little by little and knead a soft dough. After this apply some oil on the dough, cover it for 15 minutes and keep it aside.
Now take a nonstick pan/tawa and heat it on medium heat. When the griddle becomes hot, put some oil on it and spread it all around. After this, roll out thin rotis from the dough and bake them. Similarly make thin rotis from all the dough.

Now put 2 tsp oil in a pan and heat it on high flame. After this, add onion, capsicum, grated ginger and a little salt in the pan and cook. Instead of melting them, let them remain crunchy. Finally add soya sauce, black pepper and cook for 2 more minutes, then turn off the gas. Now take out this mixture in a plate and keep it to cool.

After the mixture cools down, take the prepared rotis and keep them on a flat place. After this, apply tomato sauce on the upper surface of the roti and put mayonnaise. After this add the mixture of vegetables and spread it all around. Now roll it. Now keep the prepared kathi rolls aside in a plate. Similarly prepare all the kathi rolls one by one. Serve delicious kathi rolls with chutney or sauce for breakfast.
