Ingredients to make Vegetable Appe
Rawa – 1 cup
Curd – 3/4 bowl
Onion – 1
Tomato – 1
Carrot – 1
Capsicum – 1
Green chili – 2
Rai – 1 tsp
Green coriander – 2 tbsp
Baking soda – 1/2 tsp
oil – as needed
salt – as per taste

How to make Vegetable Appe
To make vegetable appe, first cut onion and tomato into fine pieces. After this, grate the carrots and also chop capsicum, green chillies, green coriander. Now take a big mixing bowl and put rava in it. After this add curd and chopped onion, tomato, capsicum, green chilli and coriander and mix it well. Now prepare a thick batter by adding water little by little and keep it aside for 15 minutes.

After the fixed time, take the batter and add baking soda to it and mix it well. After this, take a pot for making appe and grease it with oil. Now put a few mustard seeds in each portion of the appe. Pour the batter of vegetable appe over them and cover and cook on low flame for 3-4 minutes. Now turn them over and apply some oil on top and cover and cook again for 2-3 minutes.
