Ingredients for making Tandoori Paratha
Green Garlic – 250 grams
Onion leaves – 100 grams
Green chili – 2-3
Green coriander leaves – 100 grams
Wheat flour – 2 bowl
Red chili powder – 1/2 tsp
Coriander powder – 1 tsp
Garam masala – 1/2 tsp
Desi ghee – 3-4 tbsp
salt – as per taste

Tandoori Paratha Recipe
To prepare tandoori paratha made of green garlic, first wash and clean green garlic, green onions, green chillies and green coriander and after drying, cut them into fine pieces. Now put some ghee in a pan and heat it on medium flame. After melting the ghee, put all the chopped ingredients in it and fry for some time. After this add red chili powder, coriander powder, garam masala and mix everything and let it cook. Add salt as per taste and cook till the water of the mixture dries up completely, after that turn off the gas and cool the mixture.

Now after sifting wheat flour in a vessel add some salt to it and knead soft dough. Now make balls of equal proportion of the prepared dough. After this, take a ball and roll it a little, place the prepared stuffing in the center and close it from all sides and roll the paratha.

Meanwhile, keep a nonstick pan/griddle on medium heat for heating. Now apply water on the upper surface of the rolled paratha and cook it from one side by putting it on the hot griddle. After this, lift the griddle and bake it by turning it upside down and giving it direct flame. When the paratha is cooked, take it out in a plate. Similarly, roast all the parathas. After this apply desi ghee or butter on the paratha and serve it with vegetable, curd or chutney.
