Ingredients to make Cheese Toast
Bread – 4-5
Grated paneer – 1 cup
Onion – 1/2
Tomato – 1
Ginger-garlic paste – 1 tsp
Capsicum – 1/2
Red chili powder – 1/2 tsp
Turmeric – 1/4 tsp
Tomato Sauce – 2 tbsp
Butter – 1 tbsp
Coriander leaves chopped – 2 tbsp
Green chutney – 4 tsp
Chili flakes – 1/2 tsp
Black pepper powder – 1/4 tsp
salt – as per taste

Cheese Toast Recipe
To make paneer toast full of taste, first of all finely chop onion, tomato, green chillies and green coriander leaves. After this put butter in a pan and heat it. After melting the butter, add chopped green chillies and fry for a few seconds. After this, put finely chopped onion, ginger-garlic paste in the pan and fry while stirring for 1-2 minutes. When the onion becomes soft, add finely chopped capsicum and fry it.

When the capsicum becomes soft during cooking, add tomato pieces and cook till it becomes soft. After this, mix turmeric, red chili powder and other spices in this mixture, then add salt as per taste. After cooking all the ingredients for some time, add tomato sauce and sauté on low flame. When the mixture is cooked, add grated cheese and mix and add green coriander. Paneer mixture is ready.
