Buttermilk – 2 cups
Eno- 1 pinch
Black pepper powder- 1 tsp

Pour 1-2 cups of buttermilk over it and leave it to soak for at least 2 hours. After the stipulated time, add black pepper and salt as per taste and mix everything well.
