Wheat flour- 1 cup
Desi Ghee- 1/4 cup
Curd- 1 cup
Green chilli- 1
Cumin- 1/2 tsp
Chopped coriander – 2 tbsp
Red chilli powder- 1/4 tsp
Salt- as per taste

How to make Cabbage Paratha

To make delicious Cabbage Paratha, first take green cabbage. After this, wash it thoroughly and chop it finely. Now add a little salt to the chopped cabbage and keep it in a bowl for about 15 minutes. By doing this the excess water coming out will be removed. After the stipulated time, add flour to the cabbage and mix. When it mixes well, add cumin, red chili powder, chopped green chili, green coriander and curd and mix. Then knead the dough using water as per requirement.
