Soaked Sabudana – 2 cups
Potatoes boiled – 2-3
Roasted Peanuts – 1/2 cup
Grated ginger – 1 tsp
Chopped green chili – 2-3
Cumin powder – 1/2 tsp
Dry mango – 1/2 tsp
Chopped coriander – 2 tbsp
Oil – for frying
salt – as per taste

how to make tikki

To make sago tikki, first of all take sago and keep it to soak for about 4-5 hours. When the sago becomes soft, put it in a sieve and drain it. When the water drains well from the sago, we will shift it in a big bowl. After this the potatoes will be boiled. After boiling the potatoes well, remove their skins, mash them and put them in a bowl and mix the sago and potatoes well. Now roast the peanuts. After this, crush them well and mix them in the sago-potato mixture. Now add grated ginger, chopped coriander, green chillies, cumin powder, dried mango powder and salt as per taste to this mixture and mix them all.
