To make Mix Veg Paratha, first take water in a utensil and heat it on the gas. When the water becomes hot, put cauliflower, carrot, cabbage in it and boil it on a low flame. Now separate the water of the vegetable with the help of a sieve etc. After this, take flour in a big utensil and add boiled carrots, cabbage, cauliflower, peas, onions, green chillies and ginger to it and mash them all well. Now add red chili powder, cumin, celery and salt to this mixture. Now add water little by little to this mixture and knead it. Keep in mind that the dough should remain soft.
