Ingredients to make Drumstick Paratha
Drumstick leaves – 1 cup
Flour – 2 cups
Gram flour – 3 tbsp
Ginger piece – 1 inch
Green chili – 2-3
Ajwain – 1 tsp
Red chili powder – 1/2 tsp
Turmeric – 1/2 tsp
Garam masala – 1 tsp
Cumin – 1 tsp
oil – as needed
salt – as per taste

How to make Drumstick Paratha
To make drumstick paratha, first take drumstick leaves, clean them and wash them thoroughly two-three times with water. After this finely chop the leaves. After this, cut ginger and green chillies into pieces. Now put drumstick leaves, ginger and green chillies in a mixer jar and grind them to make a coarse paste. Take out the prepared paste in a bowl.

Now sieve the flour in a vessel. Add gram flour to it and mix it well. After this add turmeric, red chili, cumin, celery, garam masala and salt as per taste to the flour and mix. After this, put drumstick paste in the flour and mix it properly and knead the dough.

Now make dough balls in equal proportion from the flour. Meanwhile, keep a nonstick pan/tawa on medium heat for heating. While the griddle is heating up, take a ball and roll out a round or triangular paratha from it. When the tawa becomes hot, pour one spoon of oil and spread it around and put the paratha to bake. Flip the paratha after some time and roast it on the other side by applying oil.
Roast the paratha from both the sides till its color turns golden brown and the paratha becomes crispy. After this take out the paratha in a plate. Similarly, make parathas from all the dough balls one by one and bake them. Delicious drumstick leaves parathas are ready for dinner. Parathas can be served hot with tomato chutney or vegetables.
