Step 5:- Switch sides and do 10 reps to start.

How to do: Step 1:- Stand straight with your feet shoulder width apart. Step 2:- Bend your elbows and make two 90 degree angles with your arms – they should be by your sides. Step 3:- With a straight back, bring your arms and elbows together in front of your chest. Step 4:- Slowly come back to starting position and repeat the motion.

How to do: Step 1-: Spread your hands slightly wider than your shoulders and get down from all sides. Step 2:- Lower your body by bending your arms until your chest touches the floor. Step 3:- Keep your shoulders, hips and knees in a straight line. Step 4:- Raise yourself back up without bending your lower back. Do 10 reps of the exercise.

How to do: Step 1:- Lie on your back – either on the floor or on a bench. Step 2:- Take a dumbbell in each hand and hold them above your chest with straight arms. Step 3:- Bend your elbows and lower the dumbbells until they are in line with your chest. Step 4:- Push the weight back up and repeat the motion.

How to do: Step 1:- Lie down on a bench or floor with a dumbbell in each hand. Keep it just above your chest. Step 2:- Bend your elbows slightly and spread the arms to the sides. Step 3:- Engage your chest and you bring the weights back together above your chest.
