On Wednesday, a wedding ceremony was going on at Raj Palace Guest House near Balaji Temple on the National Highway. Where Nishant Yadav, resident of Labor Colony under police station Shikohabad area, was getting married to Nutan, resident of village Shahjahanpur Oye under Ghiror police station area of Mainpuri district. Both the parties were celebrating in the guest house. Shehnai was playing. The wedding procession had arrived at the door. When the groom reached the pavilion, the bride got furious after seeing the groom who was about ten years older than her own age.
The bride stood up from the middle of the pavilion and clearly refused to get married in front of everyone. Hearing the words of the bride, there was chaos among the bride and groom present in the guest house. The wedding guests were also stunned to hear this. After this, the bride’s family tried hard to convince her, but the bride did not listen to anyone. She went home from there with her friends.
On receiving the information, the police also reached. Both the parties were brought to the police station. While attempts were made to reach an agreement between the two parties, but when things did not work out, both parties ended the relationship after completing their transaction. Inspector Anil Kumar Singh said that an agreement could not be reached between both the parties. Neither party has given any complaint about the incident to the police.
