UK Envoy Jane Marriott Visited PoK: India’s Defense Minister Rajnath Singh is on a tour of Britain. He met with British Prime Minister Rishi Sunak on Wednesday (January 10) at his PM House, 10 Downing Street. While this meeting between Rajnath Singh and Rishi Sunak was going on in full swing, the British High Commissioner to Pakistan, Jane Marriott, made a visit that irritated India. He visited Mirpur in Pakistan occupied Kashmir. In fact, India considers PoK as its integral part and has been opposing such visits here.
