BRO Recruitment 2024: There is good news for candidates looking for a job. A recruitment notification has been issued by the Border Roads Organization (BRO). According to which bumper posts will be filled in BRO. To apply for these posts, candidates have to apply by visiting the official site bro.gov.in. To apply, candidates can follow the steps given here.
A total of 466 posts will be filled through this campaign. These include 417 posts of Driver Mechanist Transport (OG), 18 posts of Operator Excavation Machinery (OG), 16 posts of Draftsman, 10 posts of Turner, 02 posts of Supervisor, 02 posts of Driver Road Roller and 01 post of Mechanist. Under the campaign, 226 posts are for unreserved category candidates. While 6 posts have been reserved for Scheduled Caste candidates. Apart from this, 39 posts will be filled for Scheduled Tribes and 81 posts for OBC and 53 posts for EWS candidates.

The minimum age of the candidates applying for this recruitment drive is 18 years. While the maximum age has been kept different. For some posts the maximum age is 27 years. While for many it is 25 years.
BRO Jobs 2024: This is how the selection will be done
The selection of candidates for these posts will be done on the basis of several stages. The recruitment process includes four stages. These include written examination, physical/skill/driving test, document verification and medical examination. The written examination is of 100 marks and is the same for all posts. Physical/skill/driving test will vary according to the post. Document verification includes submission of original documents such as mark sheets and identity proof. The last stage is medical examination.
