Ingredients to make Broccoli Salad
Broccoli – 1 cup
Sesame – 1 tsp
Cumin – 1 tsp
Black pepper powder – 1 pinch
Lemon juice – 1-2 tsp
Oil – 2 tsp
salt – as per taste

Broccoli Salad Recipe
To make broccoli salad, first cut broccoli into small pieces. After this, wash the pieces of broccoli thoroughly by putting them in water. After this, keep these pieces on the strainer for some time, so that the extra water accumulated in the broccoli can be removed. Now put 2 spoons of oil in a pan and keep it on medium flame to heat. When the oil becomes hot, add cumin and sesame seeds and fry for some time.

When cumin seeds and sesame seeds turn golden brown and crackle, add pieces of broccoli to it and cook while mixing well with a spoon. Now sprinkle some salt and black pepper powder on top. After this cover the pan and cook the broccoli for 2-3 minutes. During this, keep the gas flame low. Remove the lid after the broccoli is cooked and add 2 teaspoons of lemon juice to the salad. After cooking broccoli for 1 more minute, turn off the gas. Now take out the broccoli salad in a plate. Tasty salad is ready. It can be prepared and eaten at any time.
