Hardoi News: A brother who was going to get a Rakhi tied by his sister died in a road accident. As soon as the family got to know about the incident, there was chaos among them.

A bike rider who was going to his sister’s house to get a Rakhi tied on Raksha Bandhan died in a road accident. Govind Singh (35), a resident of Thathiya in Kannuaj district, was a fourth class employee (peon) on contract at Tirwa Medical College. His sister Saroj’s house is in Beniganj. As Raksha Bandhan was on Monday, he was going to his sister’s house on Sunday evening by bike to get a Rakhi tied. Some vehicle hit his bike near Baghauli.
Govind was seriously injured in the incident. The police took him to CHC Kachhona in an ambulance. From here the doctor referred him to the district hospital. Govind died late at night during treatment at the district hospital. On Monday, the city Kotwali police got the body post-mortem done on the information of the hospital administration. He was the only son of his parents.
The family consists of a wife and a daughter. CO City Ankit Mishra said that the incident took place near Baghauli. Baghauli police have been instructed to gather information about the vehicle that caused the accident. A report will be filed after taking a written complaint from the family.
