Abdul Nabi has been selling his special mutton keema samosas at Rajendra Nagar Chowk for the last 25 years. The taste of their samosas is so wonderful that the crowd gathers before the shop opens.
Sales are doubled in Ramadan
Abdul Nabi says that the crowd at his shop doubles during Ramadan. For Iftar, people pack samosas, due to which their sales reach 7 to 10 thousand rupees daily. On normal days, they open the shop at 3 in the afternoon, but during Ramadan, the demand for samosas starts from the morning, due to which they have to open the shop soon.
Taste and love have been intact for 25 years
Abdul Nabi started this work on the suggestion of his brother -in -law Ustad Mia 25 years ago. Gradually, his mince samosa became so famous that today his identity has become his identity in the entire city. They conduct the shop in complete operation with their son. The special thing is that all the work of making samosa is done in their house, which is later fried to the shop.
Keema Samosa became the first choice for Iftar
The first choice of Rojedars during Ramadan has become Abdul Nabi’s minced samosa. Raja Khan, who reached Samosa to eat Samosa, says that he has been eating samosas here for the last four years and especially in Ramadan, he comes to eat and take it home. He says, only the keema samosa is found in many places in Bilaspur, but the taste of Abdul Chacha’s hand is different and wonderful.

During Ramadan, there is so much crowd at Abdul Nabi shop that he does not even get time to eat himself. They say that as soon as the shop opens, the line of order is installed.
