BRS President KT Rama Rao met Union Minister Manohar Lal Khattar for making complaint over Telangana cm revanth reddy ann

Telangana News: Amid the ongoing political tussle and allegations and counter-allegations in Telangana, Indian National Committee (BRS) working president and former minister KT Rama Rao (KTR) has accused Chief Minister Revanth Reddy of corruption. KTR has met Union Housing and Urban Development Minister Manohar Lal Khattar in Delhi and appealed to take appropriate steps in the matter of corruption.

KTR says that Chief Minister Revanth Reddy violated rules and awarded contracts in an unauthorized manner to benefit his relatives in Amrit tenders. KTR alleged that the Chief Minister handed over projects worth Rs 1,137 crore to his brother-in-law’s company Shoda Infrastructure Limited, while the company’s profit for the last financial year 2021-2022 was only Rs 2 crore.

Demand for investigation into the matter from the Central Government
According to KTR, awarding such big projects to a company that is inexperienced and does not meet the qualification criteria indicates the Chief Minister’s involvement in corruption. He has demanded an investigation into this matter from the Central Government. KTR said that Chief Minister Revanth Reddy has worked to benefit his family by violating the “Office of Profit” rule, which is a clear example of corruption.

KTR’s allegation

KTR alleged that just three months after assuming office, CM Revanth Reddy committed massive fraud by misusing his control over the Urban Development Department. KTR alleges that the irregularities in the Amrit tenders will shake the administrative structure of the state government. He has appealed to the Center to conduct a transparent investigation into these allegations and if corruption is confirmed then strict action should be taken against Chief Minister Revanth Reddy by canceling the tenders.
