When will BSNL start its 5G network?

Union Communications Minister Ashwini Vaishnav said that BSNL is going to upgrade its 4G service to 5G in the coming 5 to 7 months. Along with this, Vaishnav also told that it will start with 1.35 lakh towers present in the country. In response to a question, the minister said that the connectivity of the company is very good even in rural areas. He said that BSNL’s position in the telecom sector is going to get stronger now.

Jio has started its 5G network in all the districts of Gujarat, so Gujarat has become the country’s first fully 5G network state. Apart from this, Jio’s True 5G service has also reached places like Delhi-NCR, Mumbai, Pune, Kolkata, Banaras, Bangalore, Chennai, Hyderabad and Nathdwara (Rajasthan). Airtel has started its 5G Plus network in cities like Delhi, Nagpur, Panipat, Gurugram, Mumbai, Chennai, Bangalore, Hyderabad, Siliguri, Guwahati and Patna.
