Worked in a hotel for a few days and learned to make Litti Chokha there. When we returned to the village after a few years, the hotel was closed. Due to which when he did not get any work, he started Litti Chokha and started setting up his own Litti Chokha stall. Since then, within a few years, 4 more Litti Chokha stalls have been opened. Litti Chokha in Bihari Style
Sonu Khan told Local 18 that Litti Chokha is made in complete Bihari style. He told about its recipe, Litti is filled with sattu along with onion, green chilli, lemon and salt, after which the Litti is cooked on coal. He told that he prepares its chutney from home. He told about the recipe of chutney in which it is made by mixing potatoes, brinjal and tomatoes. To bring the local taste to it, it is cooked well on coal fire. Apart from this, spicy chutney made of green chillies, coriander, garlic and mint is also served with Litti Chokha. The price of a plate of Litti Chokha at this stall is Rs 20. Two littis are given in a plate and you can also take chokha again. This stall remains open from 8 am to 5 pm.
