Malibu Beach Controversy: A shocking incident has come to light in California. A billionaire man has been accused of stealing sand from the beach in Malibu Beach. This has triggered a legal conflict between two neighbors. This dispute involves Milwaukee Brewers owner Mark Attanasio, who has been accused by his neighbor James Kohlberg of stealing sand from the beach to build the wall of his house.

According to the New York Post report, this case between the two neighbors is going on in the court, as one has accused the other of stealing sand from a California beach. According to the ongoing case in the court, Milwaukee Brewers owner Mark Attanasio is decorating his Malibu house with sand, for which he has used sand illegally from the beach.

Know what the whole matter is?

Last week, James Kohlberg filed a lawsuit in the court alleging that billionaire businessman and Milwaukee Brewers baseball team owner Mark Attanasio is illegally extracting sand from the seashore to build the wall of his house. For which he is using JCB machines.

Misuse of government resources

This lawsuit has been filed by Kohlberg. In which he says that Attanasio is using the public beach as his private island. The complaint argues that Attanasio has misused government resources.

We followed all the rules – Atanasio

The case began in March when Attanasio obtained a permit to repair a damaged sea wall on his approximately $30 million property. However, the permit specifically prohibits the use of heavy machinery and taking sand from the beach. On the other hand, his neighbor Kohlberg claims that his neighbor Attanasio has clearly ignored both of these rules. However, Attanasio rejected the allegations against him and said, “I and my team have followed all the necessary guidelines.

The court did not give any order to stop the work

Kohlberg’s lawsuit seeks a court order to impose a financial penalty on Attanasio and to return the sand to the beach. Due to which the California Coastal Commission has started an investigation. However, the court has not ordered the billionaire businessman Attanasio to stop any work.
