Can Aadhaar card be made even if fingerprints and eyes are not available? If you don’t know then know


Last month it was said by the government that Aadhar card will be made for those who are eligible for Aadhar card. For this, people who do not have fingerprints can enroll for Aadhaar card by scanning their iris. In case of absence of both iris biometrics and fingerprints, a simple on-call card will be created.

Iris biometrics scan. And in case of absence of fingerprints, the person can also apply for Aadhaar card by doing extraordinary nomination. For these people, name, gender, address and date of birth will be recorded along with available biometrics. Whereas, the missing biometrics are highlighted in the software. 

Thus, Aadhaar number is generated after the enrollment process for exceptional people.

Union Minister of State for Electronics, IT Rajiv Chandrashekhar intervened in this matter when he got information that in Kerala A disabled woman could not enroll for Aadhaar due to lack of fingers.
After this, the Minister of State took immediate action to ensure that the woman’s Aadhaar enrollment could be done as soon as possible.

UIDAI enrolls 1,000 people every day 

Chandrashekhar Said that all Aadhaar Seva Kendras have been told that people with blurred ‘fingerprint’ or other similar disabilities should be issued Aadhaar by taking alternative biometrics. Despite the system being in place, UIDAI reviewed the negligence and found that it was due to the Aadhaar enrollment operator not following the procedure. UIDAI enrolls around 1,000 people every day under extraordinary enrolment. That means no eligible person will be deprived of Aadhaar enrolment.
