The administration has now started legal action against the parties involved in the purchase and sale in connection with the illegal construction of a building on a Nazul plot near Kachari station in Gonda, Uttar Pradesh and then its sale.
On the instructions of District Magistrate Neha Sharma, a case has been registered in the city police station against land mafia and deed scammer Brijesh Awasthi and his relative Chandni Shukla. A complaint was filed by the Nazul section of Gonda Municipal Council naming both of them. There is an atmosphere of panic among other illegal encroachers present there regarding this.
Demolition action has already been taken
City Magistrate Vijay Verma said that full care is being taken of the legal aspects of the case. Executive Officer Sanjay Mishra said that a complaint has been filed in the city police station on behalf of Municipal Council Gonda’s Nazul clerk Gurucharan Pandey and Ramjanm Mishra. In this case, the administration has already taken action to demolish a building located at Gonda Court.

Other 22 buildings were also identified
Land mafia Brijesh Awasthi had built this building illegally on the Nazul plot and then sold it to Chandni Shukla. After the demolition of this building, 22 other similar buildings have also been identified through the revenue team.
FIR was registered against them
It is expected that action will be taken against them sooner or later. City Kotwal Manoj Kumar Pathak said that an FIR has been registered against Brijesh Awasthi and Chandni Shukla. Further legal action will be taken.
