The police is preparing to file a charge sheet in the case of illegal occupation of valuable land in Bodla, Agra. In the same case, action will be taken by making different accused on the basis of collection of evidence. Firstly, they will be made accused of filing fake cases and robbery. Secondly, a separate charge sheet will be filed against those who prepared fake documents.
10 thousand square yards of land was captured near Bainara Factory on Bodla Marg. Caretaker Ravi Kushwaha and five members of his family were sent to jail after registering 2 fake cases. After coming out on bail, the victims appealed to the police officers. On January 7, a case was registered in Jagdishpura police station against 15 unknown people including the then SO Jitendra Kumar, builder Kamal Chaudhary and his son Dhiru Chaudhary.
DCP City Suraj Rai said that SIT is investigating. Evidence is being collected. The accused have also been sent to jail. First, chargesheet can be filed in two parts in the same case. One charge sheet will be filed in the case of robbery, the other will be filed against those who prepared fake documents.
Police is collecting evidence
The robbery case was filed by Uma Devi. Recently, the police had sent 6 people including Uma Devi and caretaker Ravi Kushwaha to jail. He was accused of getting a fake death certificate made for the owner of the land, Tahal Singh. Uma Devi had shown herself to be the daughter-in-law of Tahal Singh’s son Jasvir. But, Jasveer was not Tahal Singh’s son but his brother-in-law. On the basis of Jasveer’s death certificate, he was made the fake heir of the land. Police is collecting evidence in this case also.
Big question, where did ganja and alcohol come from?
Two fake cases were registered to send Ravi Kushwaha and his family to jail. Ravi Kushwaha, his brother Shankaria and another were sent to jail after showing that ganja was recovered for the first time. After this, a second case was registered regarding recovery of liquor. In this, Ravi’s wife, sister and another were sent to jail. When the SIT investigation started, information was also collected about where the liquor and ganja came from to file fake cases. But, even after 4 months, the police has not been able to gather correct information about this. This question remains.
