In the CBSE examination results, 1,34,774 students have not passed in class X and 1,25,705 in class XII. This year, 6.22 percent students in class 10th and 7.57 percent students in class 12th failed in the main examination. Many students have not been able to pass in Aligarh and Hathras districts. Now such students can pass by giving supplementary examination.

In such a situation, the students who could not pass and some students do not agree with their marks. In such a situation, the board is giving them one more chance to pass and improve their performance in the examination. In this, students will have to give supplementary examination (compartment). CBSE has changed the name of compartment examination to supplementary examination under the National Education Policy-2020. The board will release the supplementary exam date soon.

Will be able to get verification, photocopy and revaluation done

CBSE will provide the facility of re-evaluation and photocopy of the answer book to the students to verify their marks. The board will issue a separate notice in this regard. The launch date of this facility is May 16.

merit list will not be issued

Board will not release any merit list keeping in mind that there is no competition among the students regarding the marks obtained in the examination. Also, the board will not announce the first, second and third class of the students. However, the board will issue merit certificates to 0.1 per cent students who have secured the highest marks in the subjects.

Students will be able to take documents from DigiLocker

Private students documents will be made available in their DigiLocker. Students can access these documents through Aadhaar number. The printed documents will be sent to the address given in the application form for the examination, except for the students of Regional Office, Delhi East and West. For the students of Delhi East and West, the printed documents will be available from their examination centre.
