Piyush Goyal said that six decisions have been approved in the cabinet meeting. It has been decided that now more than 10 crore women will get the benefit of subsidy of Rs 300 per cylinder up to the limit of 12 cylinders in a year.

The minimum support price of raw jute has also been increased by the Central Government. It has been increased by Rs 285 per quintal. At the same time, under the AI ​​Mission, India AI Mission has been approved in the Cabinet meeting under the leadership of Prime Minister Modi with an expenditure of Rs 10,372 crore.

He has told that more than 10 thousand GPUs will be made available in the country. This will benefit the start up ecosystem. To promote AI, foundational courses have been initiated in tier 2,3 cities.

Special initiative for North East
Piyush Goyal said that the Cabinet has approved the Unnati 2024 Scheme (North East Transformative Industrialization Scheme) to encourage the industry of 8 states of the North East. More than Rs 10,000 crore will be given as incentives to the industry and service sector.
