CERT issues High Risk Warning for Apple iPhone iPad MacBook users Center tells under threat

CERT has issued a warning of ‘high danger’ for all these products of Apple Company.

In simple words, if you are also a fan of the world’s most loved mobile brand Apple, then be alert. CERT has reported a critical vulnerability in ‘remote code execution’ in Apple products. During investigation, this flaw has come to light in all the Apple products. The effects of this flaw are visible across a wide range of Apple software and hardware.

This weakness of Apple’s products poses a big threat. Actually, through this, remote attackers (cyber attackers) are allowed to insert arbitrary arbitrary code into the targeted system. Out-of-bounds write issues in WebRTC and CoreMedia allow cyber attackers to remotely access any device.

Which Apple products are at risk?
These vulnerabilities are in Apple Safari versions earlier than 17.4.1, Apple macOS Ventura versions 13.6.6, Apple macOS Sonoma versions earlier than 14.4.1, Apple VisionOS versions earlier than 1.1.1, Apple iOS and iPad Appears in earlier version of OS 17.4.1. Also, it has been seen in earlier versions of Apple iOS and iPad OS up to 16.7.7.

Update to new OS version

CERT recommended these measures
– Update to the latest version of Apple iOS, iPadOS, macOS and VisionOS with security patches

– Adopt two factor authentication
– Download only from the Apple App Store or trusted sources to reduce the risk of malware.
-Regular Backup: Perform regular backups to avoid data loss due to system failure
