Method of making Chausela Roti…
• To make Chausela roti, first take rice flour in a steel vessel and add salt as per taste and carom seeds. After that heat water on gas and add hot water little by little to rice flour and mix this flour with a big spoon. Keep in mind that this rice flour should not be too wet. Now keep it covered with a lid for 10-15 minutes.
• Now turn on the gas and heat oil in a pan. And then break small balls of dough and press them with both hands. If you want, you can roll them and cut them into round shapes.
• Now fry it on both sides in hot oil on low flame, and when both sides start looking golden, take it out. Now your delicious Chausela roti made from rice flour is ready.
