Ingredients for Multigrain Chilla
Jowar flour – 1/4 cup
Wheat flour – 1/4 cup
Ragi – 1/4 cup
Onion finely chopped – 1/4 cup
Tomatoes finely chopped – 1/4 cup
Coriander chopped – 2 tbsp
Green chili paste – 1/4 tsp
Cumin powder – 1/2 tsp
Turmeric – 1/4 tsp
Red chili powder – 1/4 tsp
oil – as required
salt – as per taste

How to make Multigrain Chilla
To make multigrain cheela, first of all, add jowar flour, wheat flour and ragi flour in a vessel and mix all three well. After this, cut onion, tomato, green coriander leaves into fine pieces. One by one put them in the mix flour and mix. Now add green chili paste, red chili powder, cumin powder and turmeric to the mixture and mix. Now add 1/2 cup of water to the mixture and prepare the batter by stirring it.

Now heat a nonstick pan/tawa on the gas on medium flame. When the griddle becomes hot, put some oil in it and spread it all around. After this, take a bowl of batter and put it in the middle of the griddle and spread it in a circular motion with the help of a bowl. After roasting the cheela for some time, add little by little oil around it and then flip it and roast it on the other side.

Now apply some oil on the other side of the cheela as well and roast it. Bake the chiles from both the sides until its color turns golden brown. After this, take out the cheela in a plate.
