Lucky Agarwal, son of Rajendra miller, does business of ration and cold drinks in Babri Mandi. A mill also runs in his house. Apart from Lucky, there was also his mother, wife Gunjan and a six-month old son in the family. On January 8, at around 4 pm, Lucky had gone to the market in connection with his business.

Wife Gunjan had gone to the third floor terrace to collect clothes that were drying with their six-month-old son in her lap. Meanwhile, somehow the child escaped from the lap and fell on the floor of the neighboring house. On this Gunjan lost her senses and started screaming badly. Due to the commotion, family and neighborhood people arrived. Lucky also came home on hearing the news of the accident.

The family also took the child to a private hospital located on Agra Road. Where the doctors declared him dead. After this there was chaos in the house. Mother Gunjan became unconscious due to the separation of her only son. On hearing the news of the accident, a large number of businessmen, relatives and local people came. Late night, preparations were going on for the child’s funeral. Everyone was sad about the accident.
