District administration has become careless
A student studying in a school located in Raghav Majhauli village of Muzaffarpur has died due to cold. The district administration has neither made any arrangement to protect schools from cold nor is there any arrangement for bonfire in the school premises. Despite this, school children are traveling to school in the cold. Let us tell you that earlier the schools were closed till January 20, but the cold is not showing any signs of decreasing, the cold is continuously increasing.
