Chirag Paswan and Kangana Ranaut Movie: Lok Janshakti Party (R) leader Chirag Paswan is making a lot of headlines. He won the election from Hajipur Lok Sabha seat. Now he has become a cabinet minister. Chirag has got the responsibility of the Ministry of Food Processing Industries. Before politics, Chirag had also tried his luck in the film industry.
Chirag made his Bollywood debut in 2011. His first film was Mile Na Mile Hum and it also proved to be his last film. The film flopped badly. However, the song Katto Gilhari from the film was quite popular. In this film, he was seen in the opposite role of Mandi MP Kangana Ranaut. In an old interview given to Brut India, he had said that it was good that he did a film with Kangana at that time.
‘I have classes every day’
While talking about the film Mile Na Mile Hum with Kangana, Chirag Paswan had said, ‘Thank God, I did this film with Kangana at that time. If I was doing it today, the way she highlighted the issue of nepotism, I would have been scolded every day.’
Regarding nepotism, he further said, ‘People try their luck in both the industries. It does not matter if you are the son of a superstar or a Prime Minister, if people do not like you… Being the son or daughter of a big personality can be your good fortune, not ability.’
Why did you leave Bollywood?
Chirag’s journey in Bollywood was quite short. Regarding leaving Bollywood, he said that it was not he who left Bollywood but Bollywood who left him. He feels that he was perhaps not made for Bollywood.
Let us tell you that Kangana and Chirag met in the meeting of NDA MPs. A video of them also went viral on social media. In this video, Chirag calls Kangana and then talks to her. Both of them also hug each other.
