On Wednesday night, the last day of Pt. Deendayal Smriti Mahotsav at Farah in Mathura, devotees were forced to dance to the bhajans of Chitra-Vichitra. The duo of bhajan singing singers Chitra-Vichitra sang such a tune of bhajans that the people in Deendayal were mesmerized.
The bhajan evening was inaugurated by fair committee president Sohanlal Sharma, minister Manish Agarwal, treasurer Narendra Pathak and preacher Dr. Dinesh. When the duo of Chitra-Vitrit presented the bhajan ‘Kajrare Mote-Mote Tere Nain… Aur Saavre Ko Dil Mein Basakar To Dekho’, there was thunderous applause in the pandal. The devotees were mesmerized by the chants of Radhe-Radhe… and my request, this is Radha Rani… along with Kartal sound.
The entire atmosphere of the fair seemed immersed in devotion to Radha. During the bhajan evening, when Chitra-Vichitra duo recited Chalo Re Man Vrindavan Dham Rahenge… Radha-Radha Naam along with the music, the atmosphere became like Vrindavan. The pandal was filled with applause and chants of Radhe-Radhe on the bhajans and the atmosphere of the fair became devotional. With this devotional stream, the four-day birth anniversary fair of Pt. Deendayal Upadhyay came to an end.
More than one lakh people enjoyed the fair during the four-day fair. Program coordinator Ashish Maheshwari, Pankaj Sharma, Muralidhar Sharma, PP Sharma, memorial committee directors Sonpal, Kshetrapal Sharma, Jagmohan Pathak, Naresh Katara, Suresh Tarkar were present.
